While looking at some other materials on Gospel harmonies, i happened to find some powerpoint presentations on the commands of Jesus (focused on Mark's Gospel) at xristos.org. The links on their page to view the slides seem to be broken, but you can download them all here.

I've been looking at this same idea for a while under the rubric of imperatives, and have recently re-started an effort to create a semantic knowledge base in OWL for the things Jesus explicitly told us to do. That's another step along the very lengthy path toward a semantic Bible: hopefully i'll get a detailed description of that project up soon (but it's still in a bit of flux). So i'll be interested to look more closely at their material.
