Matt.1.18  Now the birth of Jesus Christ took place in this way. When his mother Mary had been betrothed to Joseph, before they came together she was found to be with child of the Holy Spirit;
Matt.2.8  and he sent them to Bethlehem, saying, "Go and search diligently for the child, and when you have found him bring me word, that I too may come and worship him."
Matt.7.7  "Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.
Matt.7.8  For every one who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
Matt.7.14  For the gate is narrow and the way is hard, that leads to life, and those who find it are few.
Matt.8.10  When Jesus heard him, he marveled, and said to those who followed him, "Truly, I say to you, not even in Israel have I found such faith.
Matt.10.11  And whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy in it, and stay with him until you depart.
Matt.10.39  He who finds his life will lose it, and he who loses his life for my sake will find it.
Matt.11.29  Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Matt.12.43  "When the unclean spirit has gone out of a man, he passes through waterless places seeking rest, but he finds none.
Matt.12.44  Then he says, `I will return to my house from which I came.' And when he comes he finds it empty, swept, and put in order.
Matt.13.44  "The kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and covered up; then in his joy he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field.
Matt.13.46  who, on finding one pearl of great value, went and sold all that he had and bought it.
Matt.16.25  For whoever would save his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.
Matt.17.27  However, not to give offense to them, go to the sea and cast a hook, and take the first fish that comes up, and when you open its mouth you will find a shekel; take that and give it to them for me and for yourself."
Matt.18.13  And if he finds it, truly, I say to you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine that never went astray.
Matt.20.6  And about the eleventh hour he went out and found others standing; and he said to them, `Why do you stand here idle all day?'
Matt.21.2  saying to them, "Go into the village opposite you, and immediately you will find an ass tied, and a colt with her; untie them and bring them to me.
Matt.21.19  And seeing a fig tree by the wayside he went to it, and found nothing on it but leaves only. And he said to it, "May no fruit ever come from you again!" And the fig tree withered at once.
Matt.22.9  Go therefore to the thoroughfares, and invite to the marriage feast as many as you find.'
Matt.22.10  And those servants went out into the streets and gathered all whom they found, both bad and good; so the wedding hall was filled with guests.
Matt.24.46  Blessed is that servant whom his master when he comes will find so doing.
Matt.26.40  And he came to the disciples and found them sleeping; and he said to Peter, "So, could you not watch with me one hour?
Matt.26.43  And again he came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were heavy.
Matt.26.60  but they found none, though many false witnesses came forward. At last two came forward
Mark.1.37  and they found him and said to him, "Every one is searching for you."
Mark.6.38  And he said to them, "How many loaves have you? Go and see." And when they had found out, they said, "Five, and two fish."
Mark.7.30  And she went home, and found the child lying in bed, and the demon gone.

Mark.11.13  And seeing in the distance a fig tree in leaf, he went to see if he could find anything on it. When he came to it, he found nothing but leaves, for it was not the season for figs.
Mark.13.36  lest he come suddenly and find you asleep.
Mark.14.16  And the disciples set out and went to the city, and found it as he had told them; and they prepared the passover.
Mark.14.37  And he came and found them sleeping, and he said to Peter, "Simon, are you asleep? Could you not watch one hour?
Mark.14.40  And again he came and found them sleeping, for their eyes were very heavy; and they did not know what to answer him.
Mark.14.55  Now the chief priests and the whole council sought testimony against Jesus to put him to death; but they found none.
Luke.1.30  And the angel said to her, "Do not be afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.
Luke.2.12  And this will be a sign for you: you will find a babe wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger."
Luke.2.16  And they went with haste, and found Mary and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
Luke.2.45  and when they did not find him, they returned to Jerusalem, seeking him.
Luke.2.46  After three days they found him in the temple, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions;
Luke.4.17  and there was given to him the book of the prophet Isaiah. He opened the book and found the place where it was written,
Luke.5.19  but finding no way to bring him in, because of the crowd, they went up on the roof and let him down with his bed through the tiles into the midst before Jesus.
Luke.6.7  And the scribes and the Pharisees watched him, to see whether he would heal on the sabbath, so that they might find an accusation against him.
Luke.7.9  When Jesus heard this he marveled at him, and turned and said to the multitude that followed him, "I tell you, not even in Israel have I found such faith."
Luke.7.10  And when those who had been sent returned to the house, they found the slave well.
Luke.8.35  Then people went out to see what had happened, and they came to Jesus, and found the man from whom the demons had gone, sitting at the feet of Jesus, clothed and in his right mind; and they were afraid.
Luke.9.36  And when the voice had spoken, Jesus was found alone. And they kept silence and told no one in those days anything of what they had seen.
Luke.11.9  And I tell you, Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you.

Luke.12.43  Blessed is that servant whom his master when he comes will find so doing.
Luke.13.6  And he told this parable: "A man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.
Luke.13.7  And he said to the vinedresser, `Lo, these three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and I find none. Cut it down; why should it use up the ground?'
Luke.15.4  "What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the wilderness, and go after the one which is lost, until he finds it?
Luke.15.5  And when he has found it, he lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
Luke.15.6  And when he comes home, he calls together his friends and his neighbors, saying to them, `Rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost.'
Luke.15.8  "Or what woman, having ten silver coins, if she loses one coin, does not light a lamp and sweep the house and seek diligently until she finds it?
Luke.15.9  And when she has found it, she calls together her friends and neighbors, saying, `Rejoice with me, for I have found the coin which I had lost.'
Luke.15.24  for this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found.' And they began to make merry.
Luke.15.32  It was fitting to make merry and be glad, for this your brother was dead, and is alive; he was lost, and is found.'"
Luke.17.18  Was no one found to return and give praise to God except this foreigner?"
Luke.18.8  I tell you, he will vindicate them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of man comes, will he find faith on earth?"
Luke.19.30  saying, "Go into the village opposite, where on entering you will find a colt tied, on which no one has ever yet sat; untie it and bring it here.
Luke.19.32  So those who were sent went away and found it as he had told them.
Luke.19.48  but they did not find anything they could do, for all the people hung upon his words.
Luke.22.13  And they went, and found it as he had told them; and they prepared the passover.
Luke.22.45  And when he rose from prayer, he came to the disciples and found them sleeping for sorrow,
Luke.23.2  And they began to accuse him, saying, "We found this man perverting our nation, and forbidding us to give tribute to Caesar, and saying that he himself is Christ a king."
Luke.23.4  And Pilate said to the chief priests and the multitudes, "I find no crime in this man."
Luke.23.14  and said to them, "You brought me this man as one who was perverting the people; and after examining him before you, behold, I did not find this man guilty of any of your charges against him;
Luke.23.22  A third time he said to them, "Why, what evil has he done? I have found in him no crime deserving death; I will therefore chastise him and release him."
Luke.24.2  And they found the stone rolled away from the tomb,
Luke.24.3  but when they went in they did not find the body.
Luke.24.23  and did not find his body; and they came back saying that they had even seen a vision of angels, who said that he was alive.
Luke.24.24  Some of those who were with us went to the tomb, and found it just as the women had said; but him they did not see."
Luke.24.33  And they rose that same hour and returned to Jerusalem; and they found the eleven gathered together and those who were with them,
John.1.41  He first found his brother Simon, and said to him, "We have found the Messiah" (which means Christ).
John.1.43  The next day Jesus decided to go to Galilee. And he found Philip and said to him, "Follow me."
John.1.45  Philip found Nathana-el, and said to him, "We have found him of whom Moses in the law and also the prophets wrote, Jesus of Nazareth, the son of Joseph."
John.2.14  In the temple he found those who were selling oxen and sheep and pigeons, and the money-changers at their business.
John.5.14  Afterward, Jesus found him in the temple, and said to him, "See, you are well! Sin no more, that nothing worse befall you."
John.6.25  When they found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him, "Rabbi, when did you come here?"
John.7.34  you will seek me and you will not find me; where I am you cannot come."
John.7.35  The Jews said to one another, "Where does this man intend to go that we shall not find him? Does he intend to go to the Dispersion among the Greeks and teach the Greeks?
John.7.36  What does he mean by saying, `You will seek me and you will not find me,' and, `Where I am you cannot come'?"
John.8.37  I know that you are descendants of Abraham; yet you seek to kill me, because my word finds no place in you.
John.9.35  Jesus heard that they had cast him out, and having found him he said, "Do you believe in the Son of man?"
John.10.9  I am the door; if any one enters by me, he will be saved, and will go in and out and find pasture.

John.21.6  He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast it, and now they were not able to haul it in, for the quantity of fish.
Acts.4.21  And when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding no way to punish them, because of the people; for all men praised God for what had happened.
Acts.5.10  Immediately she fell down at his feet and died. When the young men came in they found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband.
Acts.5.22  But when the officers came, they did not find them in the prison, and they returned and reported,
Acts.5.23  "We found the prison securely locked and the sentries standing at the doors, but when we opened it we found no one inside."
Acts.5.39  but if it is of God, you will not be able to overthrow them. You might even be found opposing God!"
Acts.7.11  Now there came a famine throughout all Egypt and Canaan, and great affliction, and our fathers could find no food.
Acts.7.46  who found favor in the sight of God and asked leave to find a habitation for the God of Jacob.
Acts.8.40  But Philip was found at Azotus, and passing on he preached the gospel to all the towns till he came to Caesarea.
Acts.9.2  and asked him for letters to the synagogues at Damascus, so that if he found any belonging to the Way, men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem.
Acts.9.33  There he found a man named Aeneas, who had been bedridden for eight years and was paralyzed.
Acts.10.27  And as he talked with him, he went in and found many persons gathered;
Acts.11.26  and when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. For a whole year they met with the church, and taught a large company of people; and in Antioch the disciples were for the first time called Christians.
Acts.12.19  And when Herod had sought for him and could not find him, he examined the sentries and ordered that they should be put to death. Then he went down from Judea to Caesarea, and remained there.
Acts.13.22  And when he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king; of whom he testified and said, `I have found in David the son of Jesse a man after my heart, who will do all my will.'
Acts.17.6  And when they could not find them, they dragged Jason and some of the brethren before the city authorities, crying, "These men who have turned the world upside down have come here also,

Acts.17.27  that they should seek God, in the hope that they might feel after him and find him. Yet he is not far from each one of us,

Acts.22.24  the tribune commanded him to be brought into the barracks, and ordered him to be examined by scourging, to find out why they shouted thus against him.
Acts.23.9  Then a great clamor arose; and some of the scribes of the Pharisees' party stood up and contended, "We find nothing wrong in this man. What if a spirit or an angel spoke to him?"
Acts.23.29  I found that he was accused about questions of their law, but charged with nothing deserving death or imprisonment.
Acts.24.5  For we have found this man a pestilent fellow, an agitator among all the Jews throughout the world, and a ringleader of the sect of the Nazarenes.
Acts.24.12  and they did not find me disputing with any one or stirring up a crowd, either in the temple or in the synagogues, or in the city.
Acts.24.18  As I was doing this, they found me purified in the temple, without any crowd or tumult. But some Jews from Asia--
Acts.24.20  Or else let these men themselves say what wrongdoing they found when I stood before the council,
Acts.25.25  But I found that he had done nothing deserving death; and as he himself appealed to the emperor, I decided to send him.
Acts.27.6  There the centurion found a ship of Alexandria sailing for Italy, and put us on board.
Acts.27.28  So they sounded and found twenty fathoms; a little farther on they sounded again and found fifteen fathoms.
Acts.28.14  There we found brethren, and were invited to stay with them for seven days. And so we came to Rome.
Rom.7.8  But sin, finding opportunity in the commandment, wrought in me all kinds of covetousness. Apart from the law sin lies dead.
Rom.7.11  For sin, finding opportunity in the commandment, deceived me and by it killed me.
Rom.7.21  So I find it to be a law that when I want to do right, evil lies close at hand.
Rom.9.19  You will say to me then, "Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?"

1Cor.4.2  Moreover it is required of stewards that they be found trustworthy.
1Cor.4.19  But I will come to you soon, if the Lord wills, and I will find out not the talk of these arrogant people but their power.
1Cor.5.1  It is actually reported that there is immorality among you, and of a kind that is not found even among pagans; for a man is living with his father's wife.
1Cor.15.15  We are even found to be misrepresenting God, because we testified of God that he raised Christ, whom he did not raise if it is true that the dead are not raised.

Rev.20.11  Then I saw a great white throne and him who sat upon it; from his presence earth and sky fled away, and no place was found for them.
Rev.20.15  and if any one's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire.
