Matt.1.12And after the deportation to Babylon: Jechoniah was the father of Shealtiel, and Shealtiel the father of Zerubbabel,
Matt.1.13and Zerubbabel the father of Abiud, and Abiud the father of Eliakim, and Eliakim the father of Azor,
Matt.1.14and Azor the father of Zadok, and Zadok the father of Achim, and Achim the father of Eliud,
Matt.1.15and Eliud the father of Eleazar, and Eleazar the father of Matthan, and Matthan the father of Jacob,
Matt.1.16and Jacob the father of Joseph the husband of Mary, of whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ.
Matt.2.22But when he heard that Archelaus was reigning over Judea in place of his father Herod, he was afraid to go there, and being warned in a dream he withdrew to the district of Galilee.
Matt.3.9And do not presume to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father,’ for I tell you, God is able from these stones to raise up children for Abraham.
Matt.4.21And going on from there he saw two other brothers, James the son of Zebedee and John his brother, in the boat with Zebedee their father, mending their nets, and he called them.
Matt.4.22Immediately they left the boat and their father and him.
Matt.5.16In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.
Matt.5.45so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven. For he makes his sun rise on the evil and on the good, and sends rain on the just and on the unjust.
Matt.5.48You therefore must be perfect, as your heavenly Father is perfect.
Matt.6.1Beware of practicing your righteousness before other people in order to be seen by them, for then you will have no reward from your Father who is in heaven.
Matt.6.4so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Matt.6.6But when you pray, go into your room and shut the door and pray to your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Matt.6.8Do not be them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
Matt.6.9Pray then this: “ Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.
Matt.6.14For if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you,
Matt.6.15but if you do not forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
Matt.6.18that your fasting may not be seen by others but by your Father who is in secret. And your Father who sees in secret will reward you.
Matt.6.26Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
Matt.6.32For the Gentiles seek after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them all.
Matt.7.11If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
Matt.7.21“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.
Matt.8.21Another of the disciples said to him, “Lord, let me first go and bury my father.”
Matt.10.20For it is not you who speak, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.
Matt.10.21Brother will deliver brother over to death, and the father his child, and children will rise against parents and have them put to death,
Matt.10.29Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? And not one of them will fall to the ground apart from your Father.

Matt.11.25At that time Jesus declared, “I thank you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that you have hidden these things from the wise and understanding and revealed them to little children;
Matt.11.26yes, Father, for such was your gracious will.
Matt.11.27All things have been handed over to me by my Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.
Matt.12.50For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.”
Matt.13.43Then the righteous will shine the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears, let him hear.
Matt.15.4For God commanded, ‘Honor your father and your mother,’ and, ‘Whoever reviles father or mother must surely die.’
Matt.15.5But you say, ‘If anyone tells his father or his mother, What you would have gained from me is given to God,
Matt.15.6he need not honor his father.’ So for the sake of your tradition you have made void the word of God.

Matt.16.27For the Son of Man is going to come with his angels in the glory of his Father, and then he will repay each person according to what he has done.
Matt.18.10See that you do not despise one of these little ones. For I tell you that in heaven their angels always see the face of my Father who is in heaven.
Matt.18.14So it is not the will of my Father who is in heaven that one of these little ones should perish.
Matt.18.19Again I say to you, if two of you agree on earth about anything they ask, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.

Matt.26.42Again, for the second time, he went away and prayed, “My Father, if this cannot pass unless I drink it, your will be done.”
Matt.26.53Do you think that I cannot appeal to my Father, and he will at once send me more than twelve legions of angels?
